All we need is to laugh...

I know it's lame that I keep quoting things from other people but I figure we need to laugh a little more and these Jack Handy Depp Thoughts do the trick for me...here are just a few of my favorites....enjoy my friends and remember to laugh!!

Some how I started quoting Chuck Norris quotes at work and now I have officially dubbed January "The month of Chuck!" If you haven't heard of any here is a tidbit to the many funny things you didn't know about our dear Chuck Norris!!

Ja Ja Ja Jordans

Darrin is obsessed with Air Jordan shoes so now he is trying to carry that tradition onto Isaiah. Guess who is getting Air Jordan hightops tomorrow? I'l give you a hint it definitely isn't me. Darrin recently sold some Jordan's he had kept for 9 years a few months ago on Ebay and let's just say he made a nice little profit from it. His favorite style comes out on January 23rd so we'll see if he's one of the looney toons that goes to Footlocker at 6am. I take my other post back I'm not the only nerd in the family :)

The truth hurts

I would like you all to meet the most tactless person on the planet...me! I honestly don't think before I open my mouth. I suppose it could be entertaining at times but can't I just be cool for a couple minutes??? I am totally and forever not cool :) Feel free to pity me now in my concious state of uncoolness ...Where would one find a pocket protector? Does this mean I have to start playing Warcraft? Because I really don't want to.

English 2010 can kiss my @%@$%

One class is done tonight, the dreaded English 2010. Although there could be many reasons why I hate this class the biggest one was that because it was online there was no real explanation on any of the writings or projects we had to do. As you can imagine this greatly increased my stress levels.....ANGER RISING! Just sent in my final portfolio and am looking forward to relaxing once all the classes are finished...now I have to worry about finishing Math 1050 with a respectable grade. Wish me Luck!

Dominique's B-day Party

Last Saturday amber and I threw a New Moon birthday party for Domi and it was amazing! The food was good (nacho fountain) and the decorations turned out really well, the movie was WAY better then the first one...and of course Domi had a great time!!! Would you really?

So I was thinking about becoming a vampire during this New Moon craze and I decided it really wouldn't be so great. Here's why:

-You would have to watch everyone you know and love die one day

-You would drink blood.....eck!

-You would never sleep again

-You couldn't have any children naturally

And just for fun a few reasons why it would be fun:

-You would be ridiculously good-looking

-You would crazy strong and fast

-You may of may not have a mate like Edward....tee hee

Regardless I like being human but some days it would be fun to be someone different...we all think about it, don't act like you don't.

Very Blessed

Isaiah is doing great and is back to normal after his stint with the anesthesiologist! It's very strange seeing your little boy laying down in a drug induced sleep...a little freaky actually. We sat in the room with him for about 40 minutes until he woke up and was coherent enough that we could take him home. Poor little guy couldn't really move anywhere for about 5 hours because his little body was still getting over the drugs...he was like a newborn again hardly able to keep his head up and not being able to move anywhere. Now he is back to his normal destructive self and I'm proud to say that the house is a mess again :)

Pumpkin Bumpkins

We went to the pumpkin patch on Saturday the 24th but didn't actually carve our pumpkins until a week later on Halloween. We got pictures we liked from the internet and copied them the best we good. I think Darrin's turned out REALLY good and it's so easy to carve. Isaiah is obsessed with this blow up pumpkin in the neighborhood next to ours and we would have to drive by it everyday so he could look at it so I decided it would be cute for him to actually have his own Mickey Mouse pumpkin.

A and C had a little get together Friday night, we had yummy soup and spider cake and sat around playing pirates dice and talking about nothing and everything. I had a great time being around friends and the cute kids...Thanks Amber for a great night!

Izzy has cavities!!! My bad but I mainly blame the throwing up and Neocate/fruit juices. Any who we will probably have to put him under at the dentists office so they can put fillings in....I hope my insurance is good to me.

Ker-plunk

Today Isaiah tripped and fell into the corner of the front door and split his head open. He had to get 3 internal stitches and 4 outside. The poor guy had to be restrained while they did the stitches so he was VERY upset. Afterward they gave me a treat and he immediately perked up. I love how kids can bounce back from things so easily!
