one more day...check

Another long day and another to look forward to...it's nice being at work more because I'm in on more of the gossip these days..well maybe not gossip but I'm around to see people more often and talk to them instead of hearing about it from someone else. Today is a non-workout day. I've been pretty consistent but today I just can't bare to see Tony Horton aka P90X today...today was Kenpo Karate...ugh whatever!
