Where do I fit in?

I feel like I have plateaued in life...I have so many amazing, talented friends that are doing things with their lives but what am I doing?

I am still searching for a way to contribute to this world, I would love to find out what it is soon.  I am 30 and I still feel like a lost teenager.

Does anyone else out there in the universe feel this way?

I think we all feel like this at some point. I still feel like this, I don't know where to go, or what to do. But don't feel discouraged. I know this feeling all to well and it's hard not to compare yourself to others. I do it all the time. You have a beautiful family, you are an amazing mother, the kindest person I've ever known, thoughtful, creative, hilarious, and happy. You are someone I aspire to be. And I miss you.

yes yes and yes...I struggle with this on an hourly basis. Especially when i look at others blogs!!! I see all the amazing things they do and i wont lie i feel like i lack in many areas. I love your style, talent and creativity. Your new idea for jewelry holders, you sewing skills, your diet and work out ethic and strength...You are more amazing than you know:) But i do comletley understand what you are saying. Its hard sometimes not to to feel like something is missing, and when you feel that way call me and we will make new memories in our 30's!

You are definitely not alone with how you feel! Life can feel like a long, long journey to nowhere sometimes. But what's important is what you choose to do about it! You can sit and dwell and let life pass you by, or you can grab hold of the reigns, and make a difference! Thirty is not a point of life to give up, you are still young and have a lot of life left to live! You don't have to know where you're are going, just go! Experience things you wouldn't normally do, get outside your comfort zone! You could surprise yourself with what you find that sticks!

Hey! You're awesome, don't forget it! Whenever I think of the kind of person I want to be, you're always one of the first people that I think of. You've got so much talent and spunk, it's incredible! Keep on keepin on, sis ;)

Sometimes we try to define ourselves through what we do, where we go, how our relationships are going, or not going, our jobs, our position, our wealth, or lack of it, but fail to see the big picture. You are experiencing the human condition. In the end, everything is futile and a chasing of the wind. Understand your true identity first, and then meaning will come from that. When you understand that your created value is to know your Heavenly Father, intimately in a relationship unfettered by the things of this world, which are all passing away.
King Solomon (Proverbs) compiled his findings after exploring everything under the sun to make him happy, fulfulled and alive, only to conclude that whatever this world has to offer, is a passing feeling and is all like chasing the wind.
Your heart is designed to know your Heavenly Father, God Almighty in an honest relationship. He so wants this and so wants you to find Him and the true meaning of Life. To know Him is life and that alone gives life worth meaning. He knew you before you were born, He has a plan for you, one to prosper you and not to harm you. Seek Him and He will be known to you.
I understand your longing for something better..........I have experienced this many times, only to conclude the same thing that Solomon concluded. Seek Him and He will be there for you.He is real and your heart was created to know Him intimately.
