In my mind I'm already Zen
Had a stressful day/night got home and did some yoga...does the trick every time. Don't know how that works exactly but you basically tell yourself to shut up and just do the moves and worry about things later. Put my baby to sleep and that is restful watching your child sleeping in your arms....definitely one thing to keep you sane.
