I just finished my 5th class of Bikram Yoga tonight after a 6 month hiatus...this shiz is rough!! Rough is good though, if I'm close to passing out I know something is happening! HA
Regardless it is finally helping me lose this stingy baby weight....man you hit 30 and your body says, "uh yeah right you think eating a couple more vegetables a day is going to do anything?"
Anyone want to come with me and possibly pass out but feel fabulous after?
